At ThruDark, we are committed to providing elite-tier tactical apparel; however, if your gear does not meet your requirements, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team completes a technical inspection of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
